 Today, computers have really gained a significant space in the lives of every individual. Therefore, when we talk about computers nowadays, we not always think a tool that allows us make many activities effectively and quickly in a shorter time. However, there still exist people who relate computers with just one machine. So it's important to recognize the value of these machines in our lives. Since, through these tools, we can increase the employee productivity and within the organization in general. 

The use of computers in our lives is truly an inevitable situation today. By their incorporating in every activity that we perform, really, we get huge benefits in different areas, such as reducing time, errors and costs, which represent a major competitive advantage for every organization and for each person too. Everything is in order to manage and distribute important information in a practical and strategic way, which improves the quality of living and working within organizations. Besides, it also facilitates search processes, enhance decision making, facilitate process control, and improve team collaboration among others important activities in that a company performs constantly. That means, the computers, which have a huge potential for automated information management, and they have become in one of the most important and indispensable assets within any organization nowadays.

Finally, I think the technology will continue offering even a lot of more developing information systems, which will also be more and more amazing, because every day we can get better inventions in regard to technological creations (equipment), which all the time making our life easier and practical, and these technological advances facilitate a better communication in an amazing way. This process leads enormous business activities and it will let you improve and create business partnerships and alliances, and facilitate organizational transformation as the organization evolves and responds to the ever-changing marketplace.
