Finally, I am sure that creation of these tools has improved the way of managing information within the company. Besides, it also facilitates search processes, decision making, and process control, among others important activities in that a company performs constantly. Then, through the use of these tools also highlights the importance of the concept of "business intelligence", which is present into collect all  information of the company, its process, modification and after to use this information like indicators for the benefit of itself. Therefore, these information systems not only play a key role in any organization, in turn, they play a key role in the modern economy, which allowing each organization will has the opportunity to use these innovative systems, which in this ever-changing world have been fast turning in a requirement for any organization which seeking to compete in this highly competitive globalized world.
